Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, contact us at krocarts@gmail.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Personalized Items Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will make it right at no cost to you.

 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

 

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

 

European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The same conditions apply.
